First of all I would like to say thanks to a lot of youtubers, they do give me a lot of knowledge about how to make a blog. Before making this blog website, I was thinking to make a blog to discuss with people about how to make youtube videos, which was my original idea, but I have watched Lisa Irby's video on youtube, I was thinking why I do not make a step by step blog discussion and to show people how to make a blog and how to make a video with my own experience. Every blogger or youtuber has the similar experience which is making a lot of research to make things happen with their own mind or idea, but we all know, to make the idea become true, what we need spend it time and energy!
I wanted to talk about a little bit about Lisa Irby. Lisa is a website creator, and a youtuber as well. I learned from her a lot from her video. She shared a lot of idea of how to make your blog efficient and how to make a good audience and how to make money on the blog. Here I will say thanks to her and am really appreciated for your generous share on your knowledge, I wish I can do the same thing to help the coming bloggers and youtubers.
Let's start with why I am creating a blogger. It is interesting enough since I never think to make a blogger by myself since I do not have the time and motivation. As a man, as an engineer, most of my time and energy were used on my work, my family and my work out. I did not pay much attention to the bloggers or youtubers, what I only know is that people who is making the blog is the one who has nothing to do and wasting time, just like people smoke or addictive to drinking, so I always keep myself away from that. Util a day, somehow, I got an information that you can put your video on youtube and you can make money, I don't know why, that impression changed my life since then! I started to get a research to see how and how much people can make online and on youtube or on a blog. I started being interested in it and jumped into it right away! I am kind of addictive on it, just like an alcoholic!
At the very beginning, I was only interested in the youtube videos. The reasons of that are, No.1, I am always thinking I have a good creative brain and mind, I always can make some things improved on function or quality or whatever beneficial. No.2, I found that putting videos on youtube and making money in this way is a very good way that I would like to do, since I will have the passion to continue on creating something and make my idea to become true, meanwhile, I can make money to support myself and my family, what a good thing to do?
so, I started making videos on youtube, then I started to monetize the videos, in order to get paid, I learned that I have to have a google adsense account. then, I follow the steps to google adsense account to make an application. I got everything done and await the 'congrats' results popping up to my email. howevery, unfortunately, what i got is a rejection letter saying my website that I put there on the application form is invalid! I got unapproved. what a nightmere, yes, I put a website URL link there, I knew my website has no content yet by then, but there is no 'important' reminder or explaination on the form to say that this website has to be actively working and be an outstanding website. without any indication, I just put a name there, which look very innocent but also very stupid. I spent a long time wait, approximately 2 month, since i expect I can here from google one alternative way to release the account or the website, but the only thing I got is decline.
What I going to do next, I did a lot of research on google and youtube, rarly people mention that kind of question. It seems that only me did the wrong thing. then, I tried to update my website, instead of making a complicated one, I started to make a blog, with google's Blogger, which is the one I like, since I believe it is google's product and google should have some better deal with it and all the other bloggers can get, this Blogger shoulg have it. Then, I started building blogger. Meanwhile, I have tried millions of times trying to access google adsense, evreyting what I got is 'you are currently signed into a google account 'email address', which is either not an active google adsense account or still pending on an approval. This account cannot be used to monetise your content.' What!!!??? I could not get the email or the google account released. I still wanted to use this account to apply, since I wanted to have this account as my primary account! Eventually, with the youtuber's research, what I can do is to quit using this email but use diffferent account to apply!
I applied by using my Blogger website and created a new google account to use as well. My original primary account is still stay there for approval, I would image that it will stay there forever! I could not do anything since google does not allow you to change your form or your website. So if you apply for adsense, please beware that very carefully, make sure that you have a good website with certain qualifications, then using it to apply, otherwise, it is better make your website neat and qualified.
so, in this way, I was pushed to make a blog. however, I was thinking to make a blog is easy, in reality, it is not that easy as I thought, so many research you need to make, you need to have some website knowledge whatsoever, but, I made it, and get it approved on the first step at the first day I applied and I started on the requirement for the second step, (I did not know there is a second step, otherwise, I would change my mind to using a blog to apply) I completed the requirement and the second day, I got the google adsense approved fully. I have a big sigh, finally!!!
